My previous company won't be happy to see this. We have had a project with them since 2012. They have the best bilingual sales staff, but the actual workers are fresh from India. Quality is very bad, and the project is getting more expensive and time-consuming every day. They have powerfully smelled the whole floor, and Japanese people can't stop complaining about them. Japanese people are not known to express their negativity so openly.

That's awesome. For all the flak it gets, TCS is a wonderful organization with tons of talented people. Lets hope some other Indian brands in different fields get recognized as well.

I been at my company for 6M and I feel like I am achieving nothing
I been at my company for 6 months I am working everyday..but I feel like I am achieving literally nothing,I feel empty and frustrated working here. I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience.
