hi i am currently working in newgen software(a product based company) my current CTC is 9 lpa and i am looking for the atleast 20 lpa how can i get that>>and what are the skills that i need to learn or improve.. MY current roles: senior software engineer full stack developer angular/react,.net,sqlserver,azuredevops suggest me totat experience is 3.6 years

I think aiming for 20 LPA in 3.5 years of experience is ambitious but totally possible if you target the right companies. The key would be demonstrating strong technical expertise and high-demand skills.

Definitely possible, get more knowledge on react and similar tech stack like node.js etc. it helps in applying for full stack roles. Learn dsa and system design as you're already ~4y these topics are essential for product companies. I feel for 4y you can aim for 20... see more
