Struggling with Coding Interviews After Years in the Same Job – Need Advice!

I've been working as a Frontend Developer for the past 3.5 years in the same company, handling multiple projects but following a similar workflow. Over time, I've developed a habit of working in a certain way, relying on tools that autocomplete code and highlight errors, making my daily tasks easier. Now that I've started interviewing for career growth, I'm realizing that I've forgotten some syntax and minor details, even though I understand the concepts well. This is affecting my confidence during interviews. How can I break this habit, recall syntaxes better, and confidently approach coding interviews? Would love to hear from those who’ve faced and overcome this!

Totally relatable! Have you tried solving problems without an IDE to improve recall?🤷‍♂️
