I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. 

I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good.

Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. 

I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further.

I have 11 years of experience , Azure Developer.

Can you please guide / suggest which company should I join .
I am confused since both are offering the  same CTC .

I recently signed a contract for 2 years, I'm currently having 2yrs experience in ERP implementation / Consultant and getting around 2.75 LPA. After signing a contract only they started giving training on Microsoft D365 software, where I can work on Business Central / Finance and Operations / Power BI / DevOps or any other softwares. So I can get good knowledge on various softwares, where I can grow myself and get better opportunities in the future.. 

I'm only thinking about is that contract worth ?

what is current value in market for Kubernetes skillset?
How can I negotiate to get better offer?

few of my friends tagged me having a crazy time and it got posted on Instagram and guess what I completely forgot that my manager is in my list and to add on to it he also liked my story with a heart😑

What do I do ? I am embarrassed 🥲 I will meet him in the office tomorrow. Please suggest Meri Fatri hai yaar appraisals ka time hai. 😭

*Update*  I had a connect with my Boss, I started the conversation and said, Ki kal tabiyat khrab thi but shaam tak concert ki tickets mil gyi Itna maza aaya "Sir", He said Chalo badiya hai, Now I dont know if it will stay in his mind till Appraisal feedback meeting ya "sab changa si" hi rahega :D
