NEED ADVICE FROM EXPERIANCED SALES/MARKETING PEOPLE

I have been working at one of the companies for the last 5 years as a dsm. This is a mixed sales & marketing role, focused on backend tasks. In short, the job profile covers activities from many dep.. salary is 36k, and I earn an additional 7k through side hustles. I have received another offer with a 30% salary hike. My manager told that he would talk to the management about a raise, but for the last 6-7 months, he has been giving me vague responses and not providing clarity about whether a raise will happen. Pros - Time 9 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. - No targets. - Office is only 14 km from my home(own). - No fieldwork - On-time salary - work culture is ok ok Cons - No significant salary growth (7-8% annually). - Limited opportunities for learning. - work culture depends on the manager's mood. - Newcomers are getting 52% to 60% higher salaries with less experience than me at my company. Sometimes I think that if I don't switch, I will fall behind in race.

If financial stability is your top priority, the new offer might be more attractive.

Switch , If the work culture there depends on your Manager's mood then clearly that place is toxic.

Comfort is the killer of motivation. While it offers numerous benefits, frequent change is essential not only for monetary growth but also for mental growth and development.
