My current CTC is 11LPA for 3 years exp in Servicenow, what should I be expecting if I am doing a job switch now?

I recently signed a contract for 2 years, I'm currently having 2yrs experience in ERP implementation / Consultant and getting around 2.75 LPA. After signing a contract only they started giving training on Microsoft D365 software, where I can work on Business Central / Finance and Operations / Power BI / DevOps or any other softwares. So I can get good knowledge on various softwares, where I can grow myself and get better opportunities in the future.. 

I'm only thinking about is that contract worth ?

I am currently holding 9 years of IT experience in QA Automation and Testing. I have experience in testing and developing automation frameworks for API and UI. Also, I have experience in performance testing using JMeter. In my current organization I am getting 21 LPA with 2.5 years completed. What should be the market price or what is the maximum CTC I can expect if I switch now??

I'm Currently working as an MT in Genpact having 5.88 LPA fixed + 10% annual performance bonus in noida  recently got an offer letter Accenture Gurgaon they are offering 8.70 LPA Fixed + 21% Variable on CL 11.2 is it worth joining accenture? Or should i look for another offer ?

I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. 

I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good.

Can anyone please suggest the paths to me.
