Kya batau dosto, hamare pyaare corporate waale dosto, kehne ko toh ham bhi dede UPSC ka exam (corporate me toh 8 round, 10 round, ye managerial round, wo HR round paar karke offer milta hai, yaha toh bas 1 hi interview hai) lekin UPSC ka motivation bhai subha office aate time rehta hai, ghar jaata hu toh motivation ka M bhi nahi dikhta... Ab toh ek hi tarika tha ki dil tudwa lo kisi se, lekin jisko propose kiya usi ne Yes boldiya... Yaha bhi motivation khatam hogya. Lekin phir bhi UPSC hi plan B hai, ab aaplog hi batayiye ki kha se lau motivation... Waise aap logo ka Plan B kya hai? maan lo company ne layoff kardiya toh?

Day to Day Office

Because:

1.We’d rather hang out with aging parents than office vending machines.

2. Our toddler is cuter than our cubicle neighbor (no offense to their questionable lunch smells).

3. We'd rather have dinner with our spouse than gossip with random flat mates about that one nosy landlord.

4. A weekend getaway with childhood friends > surviving rush hour for a team lunch.

5. Saving on fuel, rent, and overpriced sandwiches feels smarter than just surviving paycheck to paycheck.

6. Traffic jams aren’t fun, and meetings don’t require our physical presence just decent Wi-Fi.

But alas, corporate reality insists on strict office check-ins while happily making us join 11 PM global calls from home. So, here’s the million-dollar question: If we deliver stellar work remotely, why does our location matter?

It's not about productivity, is it? It's about clinging to old processes in the name of “culture.” Or maybe someone just really likes office coffee.

Hi All,
I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. 

I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
