Indian Startups

Indian #startups are facing two major challenges based on a recent poll. 1) Cash flow management 2) Finding the right Tech stack. If you ask me I would add one more, finding the perfect talent: a trustworthy one who is aligned with your vision. I am looking for startups to actively help them with problems 1 & 2. (We'll figure 3rd as well) If you are a founder/owner/people's manager struggling with the same. Slide in simple "Hi!"

Finding the right person for the job is probably the toughest part in any company.
I mean you can sort out everything else, but at the end of the day its humans who get the job done. You cant expect a barber to do cobblers job right. What I have noticed is that in alot of Indian companies or startups, the hiring process is kinda casual they seem to prioritize people who are willing to work for lower pay, and skills come second. am I right or am I missing something?
