Is India running out of jobs for the skilled?

Kamlesh Kamtekar, a seasoned assistant creative manager with 14 years of experience in graphic design, lost his job five months ago due to cost-cutting. Despite relentless job applications and rejections, Kamtekar faced a tough job market. Eventually, he boldly decided to switch careers and became an auto-rickshaw driver, sharing his inspiring journey in a viral social media post. How can we ensure skilled talent finds its place? Is this the new reality for India's workforce?🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

This is the sad reality of Bombay, nobody has budgets especially in entertainment and creative fields, everyone wants to pay u less while keeping big profits for themselves, there is no fair pay and u are expected to work for 18 or more hours still and if u ever raise ur voice someone else is always ready to work for lesser money. It's high time there is a minimum wage standard for every position
