Infosys Delays Salary Hikes Again – What's the Impact?

Hello wants everyone to work that's it😂

Please write in plain English that the billion dollar profitable company chooses not to give a hike to its employees and it's the same company whose founder told us to work 70 hrs per week.

Now every other profitable service based IT companies will follow the same path.

It's just horrible. I've been grinding myself with a lot of work past these 2 years, gaining huge confidence from the client but not a single appreciation from my own management. I don't even remember when we had our last quarterly party.

This will be just a beginning with other IT companies to follow
