I want to switch my career.

Hello this is Mrutyunjoy Sinha 26 (M) working in a customer care company from last 2 and a half year. But the problem is there is no salary hike and no promotions no matter how much hard work you do. So i am frustrated and tired of this job. Please anyone suggest me that how do I switch my career. I am a non IT student but I am looking for IT sector company.

I can understand the situation you're in. No worries, with the experience you got and your interest to transition into IT, first you need to check what do you love to do in IT. IT has different aspects other than programming[ coding]. There are QA testers, designers [ UI , UX etc ], IT support, DevOps. As you mentioned you dont have any IT background, I suggest you to take on courses and get yourself skilled in the domain which you want to switch to. You can either go to any institutes who provides the training [ probably placement as well ], or there's another hard way[ YOU SHOULD ONLY CHOOSE THIS IF YOU'RE WILLING TO ] : Learn from free resources like youtube or some other way, start working on projects / portfolios and then apply for vacancies with the project /portfolio as your experience.

See if website designing is of intrested what have you learned so far. U can simply go to freelance website and start taking projects and start from there. If you expect a company to hire you and then train you not going to happen. They are there to make money using you. How much money can you make for them is the question. ?
