I have been the top performer of the company in my department and management is really pushing me to not consider any other opportunities.

I'm working as a design technical engineer in cable firm. My pay currently is 6.6 L per year with 6.5 years of work ex. As per market 9.5-10.5 L per year is what everyone has with this kind of work ex. How much of a hike should I pitch to my boss when he asks me considering the fact that my pay is lower than market standards.? Can I push for 50-60 % hike. Please guide anyone.

You’re at 6.6L market is at 9.5-10.5L, 50% hike puts you at 9.9L which is fair! Go for it confidently

If they offer less than 40% hike will you still stay or start looking for new opportunities?
