Guide Please

I am a mechanical design engineer, and I received an offer from Einfochip, through a third-party payroll company (Thakrol). They offered 12 LPA. I have read some negative feedback from previous employees and am unsure whether to join. Please advise.

12 LPA sounds tempting, but third-party payroll ka scene thoda tricky ho sakta hai. Did they share details about benefits like PF and insurance?

Negative feedback dekhna achha hai, but har review subjective hoti hai. LinkedIn pe kisi current ya ex-employee ko reach out karke real insights lelo. Kya try karoge?

Einfochip ki role description kaisi lagi? Agar career growth align karti hai, toh thoda risk lena worth ho sakta hai.

Role sahi lag raha hai? If it's a unique opportunity, toh reviews ko secondary rakho. Growth aur experience pe focus karo.

Stability aur direct payroll discuss karna zaruri hai....usse kaafi clarity mil jayegi. Have you considered this?

Kya baaki koi offers hain ya yeh ek hi option hai? Agar alternatives hain, toh unse compare karke best choice le sakte ho.

12 LPA toh solid hai, lekin long-term growth aur career path bhi consider karo. Jo bhi decision loge, it should feel right for you..
