Guide Please
I am a mechanical design engineer, and I received an offer from Einfochip, through a third-party payroll company (Thakrol). They offered 12 LPA.
I have read some negative feedback from previous employees and am unsure whether to join. Please advise.

12 LPA sounds tempting, but third-party payroll ka scene thoda tricky ho sakta hai. Did they share details about benefits like PF and insurance?

Negative feedback dekhna achha hai, but har review subjective hoti hai. LinkedIn pe kisi current ya ex-employee ko reach out karke real insights lelo. Kya try karoge?

Einfochip ki role description kaisi lagi? Agar career growth align karti hai, toh thoda risk lena worth ho sakta hai.

12 LPA toh solid hai, lekin long-term growth aur career path bhi consider karo. Jo bhi decision loge, it should feel right for you..

How to Deal with a Chatty Colleague?
Okay, so I have this colleague sitting right in front of me, and he doesn’t stop talking all day. I’ve tried putting on headphones, but this guy still waves his hands in front of my face like, “Oye Oye, ek baat sun !” Leaving my desk isn’t an option because my work would suffer, and there’s no extra space in the office to relocate. How do I politely deal with this without causing awkwardness or making it seem like I’m being rude?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
