1)Boozer bosses expect their non boozing subordinates to get Alcohol bottle by paying from their pocket. Also non Boozer has to carry partially consumed Alchol bottle from one city to another city as per superior tour plan. 2)Subordinates stationed at various location should supply monthly ration like Dal, Rice etc based on their location popularity to boss ( example Nellore is famous for Rice, Dal is famous in Gulbarga etc). Also boss will make his tour plan to buy his monthly needs and carry in his car from various cities based on city popularity. 3)when ever boss is on tour in his car, he can have drinks during working hours. 4)Good adjustment with vendors who supply service equipments/Tools etc to new dealers and secondary network. 5)Super bosses know each and every thing and they act as if they are not aware(Are they beneficiaries ?). Super bosses are highly intelligent people and they have the skill to curb and kill the issue raised by a subordinate about his superior. 6)No value for sincerity,hard working,truthful,transparency etc. 7)HR policies are for show only and that can be mend as per the situation/requirement/convenience. 8)Highly egoistic/Politicians are sitting in the key positions in the company....Read More
