Company does not have good project, so employees are chill mood, no work pressure. Coffee machines are good.

Bangalore Op'n Soft director was a very cheap mentality. No proper vision for this company, he is director of a software division but does not have any idea of software or any programming language. Senior managers are look like they are working in call center. always busy in meeting. they are not doing work, always give all the workto their juniors. After doing master's degree I got work of only excel sheet. No proper work for my personal growth or skill. After asking any doubt all seniors are having the same reply, "I Don't Know".
