Totally dissatisfied with my experience at this company due to several key issues. There is a lack of job satisfaction, as the work environment is not fulfilling or rewarding. The work-life balance is virtually nonexistent, with long hours and little regard for personal time. Additionally, there is a significant amount of favoritismwithin the workplace, where only certain employees seem to get priority, regardless of their performance or contributions. The management is poor, with unclear communication and a lack of support for team members.
