Dislikes

Lot of politics. Male dominated Shouting screaming culture and there is dictatorship. No respect. Jobs role keeps changing every few months and no stability. HR policies are not strong. Manager take other employees for granted. Genze culture. Where you will find people having multiple relationships which actually affects work culture and not available to work. Nothing like apart from the free meal.

Dislikes

The worl culture is worst than any company. Too much mental pressure. L5 level are getting preference. CHRO is only listening to L5. There are too much of politics. Whoever buttering E3 are getting promotion and others even they are knowledgeable can not servive in the organization.
