Good work life balance Saturday Sunday off unless no priority project Good Security system but no if females remain in office won't be allowed to go uncell accompanied by Dell security. But disadvantages is those who are nearby wil have to book security can and it leads to delays. But highly secure Good pay and salary hikes Even in layoffs they will give 6 months salary in India unlike other companies who give no compensation Good food...Read More

Leaders are hardly professional Mostly in tech support they are stuck there as team manager post with sad life. They give trauma to the team members. Most of the rewards and recognition are given to their favorites.
