Although it is exhausting to work as you may have to put in 15hrs daily, certain department heads are really good and encourage and appreciate you for the work done.

Dislikes

There is no appreciation from own HOD, constant worry at job, creates insecure work environment

Small team where interaction with top management is easy and not a task Freedom to take initiatives and implement with supervision.

Dislikes

Org is not ready or prepared to take big leaps. Doesn't believe in market trends, only focused on their priorities which hinders multiple level reach of the brand. Sales guys required to practice attendance model while visiting markets, an inbuilt application which has to be used while visiting dealers to marl attendance. No perks or additional benefits, no corporate parties for employees. They need hard and smart people but doesn't want them to use their skills....Read More
