Certain policies in Harman are good and they have nice work life balance

Dislikes

No Company growth or personal growth, in the recent 3-4 years, only Germans are taking over and it is now turning out to be a German oriented company and many people are quitting, atleast 1 each month in each division at an executive level, this shows how poorly the performance the company is able to sustain

Salary. Best Manager Exposure. Onsite opportunities a lot of.

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor. Expectation is to work 24 hours a day. Seniors are expected to work for 2 person. My team only had 2 interns. Burn out. Management thinks we shud close all bugs in one day else get ready for the bash. Lot of intimidations happen in meeting.
