Before 2020 company was good but after that plant head changed and he is a terrible boss low knowledge with no skills even told me that that his vision is to work for 3 yrs more only. This shows the mentality of Upper management. I worked for more than 5 yrs and leave company with a heavy heart

Dislikes

I know Indian management is always consists of bootlickers but what broke my heart is Japanese delegates are working towards shutting this plant down with minimum damage to company's pocket by harassing workers through policy and making them to leave on their so they won't have to pay them.
