Yamaha Just a big name in Indian Maket compare to Globe, upper management driven by inapropriate direction according to the Indian market condition. Product promotion & stratagy planning is zero. All are making their work profil in Green zone by hook or crook. The performancr award grading system is third class, HRD is not looking after that, performance on base of the faces liked by your seniors. Considering skill developement, YMIS is doing nothing for any idividual. No any motivational workshop or team building workshops are held. All employees who are having differnt grades looking after the same work, no difference in between senior profile or junior profile....Read More
