Nothing to like there actually, The manager will play game with you life and they will ruin your whole career for there mere financial benefit They will commit you for full time opportunity but at the end of you internship they will ask you to join from the third party company and they will decrease your package, and the manager who will give you the offer for the third party company he/she can make some mere amount of money , but for this mere amount of money they will just running out career.
