For a junior it's a very good learning opportunity and for very senior it's settling company, middle level roles its completely on team and managerial hierarchy. Learning is too good Leaves is good Affordable transport

Dislikes

1.Work life balance sometimes gets messed up as u have to work both in UK and india hours 2. Cafeteria in BT india is very bad 3. Few teams have visible politics, as there is less number of job level, and more people within role, competition and ego clashes are a lot . Example 10 years exp and 3 exp will be in same role and designation

Dislikes

Complex structure of the Org. Way too much of Org structure changes within short period of time. Employees are facing difficulty with following company goals as it's always changing with the change of the leadership. Unnecessary timeline pressure.
