Enormous possibility to learn new things

Dislikes

Managers are unprofessional to the work and organizational update. They show favoritism in rewards. They don't have good control/power on local decisions. Global engineering services (GES) leader ship has to go otherwise it will be very tough time for TCI. Valueable and much proficient resources have left already

Work culture and learning opportunities used to the positives but not anymore

Dislikes

No job security. Work from home only for selective few whom the company considers as valuable assets. Very few learning opportunities. Many with strong technical expertise have left aptiv. In their place interns are getting hired. Year after year, company says the same story to deny appraisal even to deserving candidates
