1.There is huge politics play by manager and their followers 2.old employee doesn't let the new employee to survive 3.Managment are partial 4.There is no organization hierarchy sometimes office boy will be promoted to center coordinator and others has to obey...if not then you might be victim of game play..skill and talent are wastage over here...if you can do the plotting then only can survive 5.There old executive does less work and do politics ..even doesn't listen to their managers...Read More
