Managers are not technically sound. They won't listen to your opinion in solving the problem. Even though you are completing the task on time they expect you to be available any time even on weekends and after your work hours. Managers even mock you in team meeting infront of every one and target individual. There is zero professionalism.

Dislikes

No project management - tasks are assigned by verbally telling you, no ticketing tool like Jira is used. Lots of micro management, If you will ask for WFH, they will tell you to apply leave. No work appreciation, No time value, they can literally call you anytime post office hours and expect you to work. I have worked on weekends too without any comp off or monetary benefits. Lead and manager bitching about your peers in front of you. They don't have any professionalism, even if you ask them to mail this to keep a record of conversation, they will not do so in order for any escalation ahead.
