The work culture can be tough & ruthless, especially for newbies and can impact the work-life balance. Also, despite being an agile, nimble organization there can be some red tape in some aspects of functioning.

The company has lot chances of growth, Few leaders are really doing good to maintain employee friendly work environment. Here in this company two factors are very much missing - not to identify facts and only believe the people who are near to management. There is no system of giving knowledge about the work process to the new joiners. Lacking in the decision makers confidence.
