***ALERT*** I was working in Pune-based site in AOE-OPS (backend) Dept. Over here I would like to set names- Troy Ellis (AVP), Smittal Kolate (AM), Rojana Shaikh (TL) these people were my role models in my initial period. As time passed, I got to know their true identities. Being a Top Performer, Got recognized with RNR's. They laid off 300 people all of sudden stating Company Restructuring as a reason , unfortunately I was part of it. The main reason was something else, Smittal Kolate (AM) is an egoistic, immature, pathetic, incompetent leader who doesn't understands his role and always tries to dominate himself over the team and would poke his nose in every single individual's personal life, and the best part if anyone would try to cross-question he would put in all efforts to lay off that employee just to satisfy his EGO and guess what, nor the AVP or TL's would try to investigate the reality of the situation. HR's like (Pallavi Mishra) are another pathetic ruthless person. Too rude, unprofessional person would not care about the protocols.
