Management specially tech VP wrong people.... Only deadline deadline and deadline There isn't a CTO but multiple VPs so these people promote "deadline achieve at any cost " approach. No technical decisions , any developer can do whatever you want to the system. That leads to growing complexity of the system.

Likes

Nothing is good to like in Leadsquared. Not a good place to work. Work culture is pathetic if you raise a complaint it backfire employee itself.

Dislikes

There are internal politics within a team. No support from the manager. Simply targeting employees who do good. Instead of praising they degrading the employee. If anyone joining Leadsquared they’re actually playing with their career instead of that they can join some new startup.

Work Details

Work policy: 4 days work from home but manager ask to come 5 days but they don't come they took work from home for 3 months.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
