Lending and corporate channel India leadership is highly biased and promoting culture of bias. They are self obsessed and promotes their yes mand and have zero care for growth of other employees. They fudge data to senior management.

The company is ok in terms of work life balance

Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

1) Too much politics 2) most of the higher management are 25+ years in the same company and hence lot of politics and hence they won't listen to you 3) poor training to the newly recruited employees and very poor documentation of the things which makes it tougher to learn for the new joinee. 4) very bad salary hikes 5) silent firing of the employees which don't make any headlines
