Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our
growing team. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to understand
client requirements, demonstrating the value of our solutions, and ensuring a
seamless pre-sales process. As part of the US Shift team, you will primarily
engage with clients in North America.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement
Assist the sales team in understanding client needs and requirements.
Respond to queries and address potential client concerns.
2. Product Demonstrations
Deliver compelling product demos tailored to client use cases.
Highlight features, benefits, and ROI of the LeadSquared platform.
3. Solution Designing
Map client requirements to product features and functionalities.
Provide consultative solutions to meet customer business objectives.
4. Proposal Support
Collaborate on proposals, RFPs, and RFIs with the sales team.
Draft technical and business documentation as required.
5. Internal Collaboration
Liaise with Product, Implementation teams to address specific client
needs on a regular basis.
Share feedback on recurring customer pain points to improve product
and service offerings.
6. Market Research
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Use insights to refine sales pitches and demos.
7. Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on pre-sales activities and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Experience: 5-8 years in pre-sales, sales, or a customer-facing role,
preferably in SaaS or technology.
2. Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
3. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or
sales software; knowledge of LeadSquared is a plus, with an ability to grasp
new technologies and drive executions quickly.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication
skills, with a neutral or US accent preferred.
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client requirements and craft
tailored solutions.
6. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple
priorities effectively in a US time zone.
7. Customer Focus: Empathy and a strong commitment to providing value to
clients.
