PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY . Clueless organization.

Everything is toxic . Management is worst. Visionless. They will run out of money soon. Incapable managers to say the least. Do not have any basic sense of people management. Attrition rate is too high because of them. Will irritate you by calling on weekends during odd hours and ask for Weekly commitment. Everybody in the team bad mouths about them and no one is happy . Everyone plans to leave after their one month training. No guidance , no support and they behave like daily wage. They forget that they are selling a CRM not a soap or shampoo. Most exp team member is just 2yrs in system apart from two annoying managers. That just speak about the culture . PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY ....Read More
