The organization creates so much panic in every task and everyone is asked to meet unrealistic expectations from day1 that everyone will be just focused to somehow maintain the quantity of work they have been asked. Everything is just about so much reporting, micro management and meeting the quantity of desired work and no one focuses on the quality of work. You will be asked to work late almost everyday and even on weekends which is said to be voluntarily but actually it's not. Have even seen teams forced to work on weekends for continuous 2 months. They even had some incentive policies for weekend support where a good amount of money was there but for some projects with countless weekend work it hasn't been provided for more than 2 years. And after all of that sitting till late and weekends sacrificed, it's said to you that's what was expected from you and you have done nothing extraordinary hence No Appraisals for you. It's all about reporting numbers to upper management and you are just forced to deliver those numbers...Read More

Dislikes

Toxicity everywhere, micro management, No trust in employees. No flexibility, no empathy towards employees. They want data, report and justification on each and every hour spent on work. Theres not a single day where you would have less workload. Dont trade your peace for money. They will force you to work on weekends. Timelines forprojects are always out of hands, so expect grinding 24*7 all around the year, on work that involves no innovation and learning....Read More
