The organization creates so much panic in every task and everyone is asked to meet unrealistic expectations from day1 that everyone will be just focused to somehow maintain the quantity of work they have been asked. Everything is just about so much reporting, micro management and meeting the quantity of desired work and no one focuses on the quality of work. You will be asked to work late almost everyday and even on weekends which is said to be voluntarily but actually it's not. Have even seen teams forced to work on weekends for continuous 2 months. They even had some incentive policies for weekend support where a good amount of money was there but for some projects with countless weekend work it hasn't been provided for more than 2 years. And after all of that sitting till late and weekends sacrificed, it's said to you that's what was expected from you and you have done nothing extraordinary hence No Appraisals for you. Toxicity everywhere, micro management, No trust in employees. No flexibility, no empathy towards employees. They want data, report and justification on each and every hour spent on work. Theres not a single day where you would have less workload. Dont trade your peace for money. They will force you to work on weekends. Everything. Everyone. Worst is the point culture. You have to get 8 points daily. If a task takes 1 hour then we get 1 point. Likewise we have to have 8 points daily. FNZ is like hell. The will say it's hybrid but they won't let you choose days. They won't give you wfh after or before weekend or around any festival. And after givingresignation it's even worst, they made me cry on last day. My manager refused to give signoff on my resignation and asked me to give 8 points on last day also. There is no one to explaon anything to you. After one week they will assign you stories and there is no concept of KT sessions before everyone has to complete their 8 daily points so no is available to help others. They say check jira and understand yourself we are not here to spoonfeed you. And this is not just one day, everyday in FNZ is the same. If client say we need stories 1 week prior then fnz managers don't even question about about it. They will ask you to do it anyhow. And it's not once in a while it's every week. I would say be unemployed for some more days it's better to join fnz trust me you will left mentally sick. HR himself told me that people are taking anti-depressants daily to cope up with fnz. And everyday there is someone who put papers without any offer in hand. So trust me go to some good reputed company wait for some more days....Read More

I went for an interview here, the interview took my interview for around 1.5 hours in which he asked around 20-25 questions, even after answering more than 85% right questions they did not select me. I guess they’re sitting there just to waste employees time as he if didn’t wanted to select me he would have freed me with max 30-45 mins, I don’t understand why they are wasting time of employees by calling them to office for interviews and even after good interviews they don’t select the candidates.
