It was quite nice environment when i joined consumer based BharatPe organization. It was great time for learning concept of start up product. Starting of journey in the BharatPe with the great team members and mentors was fantastic.

Dislikes

After 1year things was changed. My mentor or manager was changed and there was very less support and no promotions and increment just like "Ehsaan". Now i realized that i have waste of my recent 2 years. i know its too late but things will change after switch my job. my role in Paytm that was very nice but one of my RM shared negative feedback for unnecessary revenge and now I'm looking for new openings hope things in my life normal sooner.
