Job Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of the new user funnel (acquisition funnel).
- Drive the growth strategy for the acquisition team
- Understand user behavior during acquisition, conversion, and retention stages by studying the game aspects, product features and player activity to obtain a holistic understanding of the product and user.
- Perform extensive analysis of user data to identify user problems and come up with innovative solutions
- Strategize, implement and experiment (A/B Test) new communication/product feature ideas.
- Drive and monitor A/B tests and data driven experiments to strive for continuous improvement in the acquisition funnel.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to formulate and execute product features which help improve the acquisition funnel.
- Effectively utilize all the communication channels to optimize a new user funnels.
Profile of Product Marketing Manager( Marketing Manager) [E - Expected,] [D - Desirable]:
- E: MBA from a top tier institute
- E: Strong logical and analytical skills
- E: 2-3 years of experience in product marketing/growth role (preferably B2C digital business)
- E: Ability to work with data and uncover insights
- D: Passionate about Cricket and other sports
- Preferred experience in data analysis
