Job Description: Digital MarketingFunctional Reporting: Head – Media & Digital
Administrative Reporting Head – Media & Digital
Location: Ahmedabad
Role Purpose:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the brands goal
Key Responsibilities
Financial (Business)
· Partner and build the digital strategy for brands
· Drive cost efficiency across digital media
· Planning and budgetary control of all digital spends
· Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimisation.
· Tracking brand digital score and providing solution in improving it
· Building Zydus partnerships with key industry players
Customer
· Drive social media strategy for the company
· Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
· Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Process
· Liasoning with multiple agencies across different brands for digital activities
· Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
· Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO & SEM
· Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
People
· Strengthen Zydus partnerships with key industry players and leverage new platforms / opportunities and proactively co-create solutions in line with strategic objectives

Role Requirements
Educational Qualifications
· MBA / PGDM in Marketing
Experience (Type & Nature)
· 10 - 13 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
· FMCG experience is preferred
· Min 3 – 6 years agency experience
Functional Competencies
· Organisational & Industry Understanding - Analyze requirements, ensure execution, monitor the performance of Zydus Wellness brands against industry trends.
· Measurement – Set up measurement practice on digital. Corelating to business outcomes.
· Asset Management - Guide internal teams for new asset creation for digital
· Brand Performance Management - Independently develop marketing initiatives to align the brand equity. Provide inputs and build improvements across brand collaterals and initiatives.
· Media Management - Guide internal teams to monitor, coordinate and address agency queries to ensure delivery of required output.
· Stakeholder Management - Advocate and negotiate with key internal stakeholders. Review the inputs of the external stakeholders & coordinate to build the required changes.
