Rewards & Recognition Manager is responsible for designing and implementing effective internal communication strategies and rewards programs that reflect the companys values and drive motivation.

This role requires:

• A proactive approach to creating an informed and motivated workforce through thoughtful communication and rewards strategies.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning communications and recognition programs with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage rewards and recognition programs that align with company culture and celebrate employee achievements.
• Benchmark recognition programs against industry standards to ensure competitiveness, inclusivity and impact.
• Coordinate with leaders to implement recognition initiatives that cultivates a culture of appreciation and highlight employee accomplishments.
• Oversee the budget for rewards and recognition initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions that yield high employee satisfaction.
• Measure and report on program effectiveness, analysing metrics to continuously improve recognition efforts.
• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, aligned with corporate objectives and connected to company values. Lead content conceptualization for internal messaging, including newsletters, announcements and executive presentations.
• Plan, organize, and manage company-wide high impact townhalls, conceptualizing and creating content, overseeing the design of event flows, presentation decks, speaker notes and overall event coordination.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across all communication channels (e.g, intranet, email, digital displays).
• Collaborate with HR Leads and other stakeholders to draft and deliver communications that support business goals.
• Person will be travelling on the field to understand the pulse of field employees.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 12 years in HR with a strong focus on corporate communications and rewards & recognition.
  • Education: MBA or PGDM in HR (preferred).
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, particularly in planning and executing company-wide events.
  • Proficiency in communication tools and rewards program platforms.
  • Ability to analyse program data and assess the effectiveness of communication and recognition initiatives.
