Location - Ahmedabad Based Plant

1. Should drive manufacturing excellence program at organization level from Strategy deployment to sustainable deliberate improvement at every dimension of Business
2. Predictive analytics improvement of operational parameters like Yield, cycle time, equipment efficiency, Process Cycle Efficiency, CPP trending etc.
3. Should have deployed TPM and its pillars across formulation or injectable units.
4. Depth Knowledge of TPM and its Pillars Deployment
5. Deployment of Full fledge Autonomous maintenance pillar and key deliverables like Manger model lines/Area.
6. Tear down of machines with OEM with identifying root cause.
7. Training of Operator /supervisor from OEM.
8. Bring a culture of Gemba visit identifying abnormalities and capture in the form of red & white tags
9. Design and deployment of CLTI sheets and revised PM standards
10. Leading the OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) program for the formulation plants to diagnose and identify opportunities to improve OEE.
11. Developed strategic business plan and develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and machines.
12. Coordinator for Continuous improvement projects within organization.        
13. Contribute to the creation and implementation of Operational Excellence best practices i.e. Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
14. Develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the management team and key business stakeholders.
15. Strategies initiator in developing ME culture across different sites and Impart training at shop floor for ME tools and technique.
16. To develop capability of site ME teams in solving the problems through WWA with emphasis on countermeasures which ensures sustainability.
17. To liaison with the sponsors, category/site leads and FIT to drive standardized procedures
18. Liaise with the site team to plan and roll out best practices campaign on the shopfloor targeted at improving frontline engagement.
19. To help and facilitate all financial tracking of ME projects and validate savings with corporate FIT.
20. Work as part of the management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities, process & procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with company and customer requirements.
21. To conduct operator level awareness training from machine operating skills for setting the machine after changeovers and reducing change overtime
