Jubilant Pharmova Limited (formerly Jubilant Life Sciences Limited) is a company with global presence that is involved in Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectables, Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CRDMO), Generics and Proprietary Novel Drugs businesses.

In the Radiopharma business, the Company is involved in manufacturing and supply of Radiopharmaceuticals with a network of 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. The Company's Allergy Immunotherapy business is involved in the manufacturing and supply of allergic extracts and venom products in the US and in some other markets such as Canada, Europe and Australia. Jubilant through its CDMO Sterile Injectables business offers manufacturing services including sterile fill and finish injectables (both liquid and lyophilization), full-service ophthalmic offer (liquids, ointments and creams) and ampoules.

The CRDMO business of the Company includes the Drug Discovery Services business that provides contract research and development services through two world-class research centres in Bangalore and Noida in India and the CDMO-API business that is involved in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Designation - Assistant/Deputy Manager - Transformation

Location- Noida

Job Summary: - The role will support transformational and cost initiatives to drive best in class business operations across the sites, businesses and hence unlocking value for the group, Shall alsp responsible for leading enterprise projects and executing the business process deployment plan

Key Responsibilities.

• Identify the opportunities for ROI backed digital and advanced analytics led transformations.
• Support end to end operations transformation of sites/businesses by conducting diagnostic, designing the interventions, executing the interventions and creating the plan of sustenance.
• Codification and continuous up-dation and improvement of structure and processes for sustainable delivery
• Participate in the development and implementation of LEAN SIX SIGMA business process strategies and tactical execution.
• Lead implementation of initiatives through waste, variability and lead time reduction, utilizing process improvement methodologies that deliver sustainable results. Develop best practice sharing across functional areas and businesses.

• Track, monitor and escalate full and consistent implementation. Act as an internal cross-functional expert
• Facilitate workshops and/or other forums to focus improvement, transfer knowledge, and engage team across businesses
• Provide leadership to fully leverage external and internal benchmarking and standardization. Alignment on metrics and goals with Extended Teams across

• Support sites/businesses/functions on lean governance agenda - as an integrated management infrastructure thru periodic review. Design and track all transformation KPI's thru digital dashboards to gauge and report progress made

Person Profile.

Qualification- MBA in Operations/ Industrial Engineering

Experience - 5-8 Yrs. 3 to 5 years in Lean Six Sigma domain, including experience in any transformation initiatives preferably in Pharma. with recent years of Consulting experience.

Desired Certification and Must Have-

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt is preferred)
• Proven track record in executing high impact operations transformation initiatives (Operational excellence/Lean/Six Sigma/TPM)
• Experience in directly working with consulting projects, internal change management projects and cost improvement projects with understanding in Lean Six Sigma
• Experience in cross functional business Cost improvement initiatives in Pharma/FMCG
