Rewards and Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

Coordination of Total Rewards processes in relation to local markets

Conduct job evaluations, maintain job description, participate in market surveys, collate and analyze market data and maintain compensation survey data

Develop total rewards communication materials/information kits for the total rewards programs & activities

Administer all rewards activities, ie. compensation review cycles, variable/bonus cycles, project compensation, off-cycle promotions, etc

All items related to benefits including administration of benefits programs

Requirements

Strong experience with rewards, sales incentives, bonus calculation, Validation, Analysis, comp benchmarking etc.

Proficient in MS Word and Excel with knowledge of HRIS system

Strong communication and good interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills and detail-oriente
