Looking For Utility Engineer For OSD Manufacturing Facility

We are looking for for Utility Engineer having 10-15 Years of Pharma Utility experience for our OSD Manufacturing plant Based out of Ahmedabad. Below are the Roles and responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Having Exposure of green field and Brown field project.
• Accountable for trouble free Operation and maintenance of Utility equipment Like Air compressor, Compressed air Dryer, Chiller, Boiler, Nitrogen distribution system, Hot water generation system, Cooling towers, Utility pumping system, Fuel storage area.
• New equipment Installation, Commissioning and Qualification activity.
• Implementation of Energy saving projects.
• Co-ordination and implementation of Shutdown activities for utility equipment and systems for modification, routine maintenance and upkeeping.
• Efficient inventory management for equipment spares and consumables.
• Accountable for compliance of Statutory requirements like Boiler inspection, maintaining fuel stoke records etc.
• Responsible for review of preventive and breakdown maintenance documents.
• Responsible for preparation and review of all qualification protocols and reports w.r.t URS/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Responsible for preparation & review of SOPs.
• Responsible for providing training to employees regarding GMP functions & SOPs.
• Responsible for Audit (CDSCO/CQA/Regulatory/customer) & Compliance for checking the facility remains in state compliance.
• Handling of Software like Document management system, SAP, Learning management system, chiller plant manager.
• Accountable for management and compliance of audit for utility section.

Candidate Profile

1. The candidate should have Exposure to Pharma industry Only(OSD Preferred)

2. The candidate should have exposure to all types of Utility Equipment's including Clean and Black utility)

3. The candidate should have good exposure to QMS Documentation regarding Engineering process and equipment's.

4. The Candidate should have exposure to USFDA.

5. The candidate should have good communication skills.
