Boiler Operation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Having Knowledge of IBR rules & regulation.

2. Utility operation & maintenance (Boiler, ESP, Water treatment plant, Softener, RO, ETP, STP, Air compressor)

3.Having Knowledge of preventive & Predictive maintenance of utility Equipment's.

4. Able to handle the shift independently & Manpower Management.

5.Having good knowledge of Machine maintenance parameter (MTTR, MTBF, PM Compliance, Machine daily checks, Machine uptime)

6. Basic knowledge of Safety PTW System, Fire hydrant system & Types of fire Extinguisher.

7. Having good knowledge of Kaizens, 5S.

8. Knowledge of ISO Audit & related documentation preparation.

9. Having knowledge of SAP & MS Office,

10.Able to implement new system w.r.t Energy, Cost, Man-days, Process.
