Role & responsibilities
1) Steam Boilers - Boiler annual inspection work, maintenance of accessories, water softners, pressure reducing valves, steam traps.
2) Chilling plants (water & brine) compressors (Kirloskar, Voltas & blue Star make
3) Air compressors (Reciprocating-Ingersol Rand & Elgi make),
4) Air compressor (screw air compr- Atlas copco & Kaeser make).
5) Cooling towers-forced draft (Paharpur make) & natural draft.
6) Power generators -Diesel Generators , Cummins make
7) Safety devices- safety relief valves, rupture discs, flame arrestors.
8) Pumps Maintenance
9) Air conditioning & refrigeration, water coolers, canteen equipments,
10) Weighing balances, Forklifts and all Lifting tools & tackles (chain blocks, lifting slings) for their maintenance & certification etc.
11) Water management system, Cooling Tower & Boiler water treatment.
12) Fire Hydrant System pumps & Fire Tailor pumps.
13) R&D & QC Labs equipment like blower , vacuum pump , metering pump preventive maintenance.
