Trainee Assistant Officer - R & D

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments under supervision to develop new agrochemical products through reaction chemistry.
• Map existing products by analyzing their chemical structures and properties.
• Participate in scale up processes to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development, documentation, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during experimentation and handling of chemicals.
• Provides the required support to the R&D team for product mapping
• Executes processing, typing, editing, and formatting of reports and documents
• Supports departmental activities by filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases in a confidential manner
• Liaises with internal departments and communicates with the stakeholders by directing the internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments
• Follows the relevant policies, procedures, and controls ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with external regulatory, risk and audit requirements and internal guidelines
