Understanding of Project
1. Co-ordination of project activities with various functional group leaders. Planning / Review of the progress of the project and implementing recovery plans.
2. Estimating the project budget with guidance from group leaders
3. Responsible for timely completion of the project within approved budget.
Basic Engineering
1. Review of SOP, material and energy balance prepared by process engineers.
2. Review of Equipment list, layout prepared by process engineers.
3. Review of PFD, P&ID prepared by process engineers.
4. Review of Process data sheets, Instrument process data sheets, Electrical drive list, Special material list, Service list prepared by process engineers.
5. Preparation of control logic and interlocks.
6. Review of calculations related to agitators, pumps, Heat exchangers etc. prepared by process engineers.
Detail Engineering
1. Review of isometrics, civil scope received from piping team and suggesting the changes if needed.
2. Review of equipment drawings received from machinery group and suggesting the changes if needed.
3. Review of offers and drawings of packaged items like MEE, etc received from machinery group and suggesting the changes if needed.
Erection and commissioning at site
1. Co-ordination with mechanical and civil team for the erection activities.
2. Co-ordination with R&D and production team for pre commissioning and commissioning activities.
3. Arranging process & HAZOP study & implementing its recommendations.
Handover
1. Submitting the documents related to equipments and plant related drawings like final layout and P&ID to production and maintenance team.
Frequent Site Travel to Lote, Ratnagiri & Sayakha Gujarat for Project Work
