Manager Civil

1. Design and Planning:
   
• Develop detailed civil engineering plans for boiler plants, distillery facilities, and associated infrastructure.
• Create structural designs for foundations, buildings, and equipment supports related to boilers and distillery systems.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards in all designs.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and process engineers to integrate systems.
2. Construction Management:
   
• Supervise the construction of civil infrastructure, including foundations for boilers, distillation columns, storage tanks, and other plant structures.
• Ensure that construction work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to specifications.
• Oversee the installation of civil works, including drainage, roadworks, and utilities required for the distillery and boiler units.
3. Quality Control and Safety:
   
• Perform site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Identify potential risks in design, construction, and operation of civil structures and provide solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure that all civil works adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4. Maintenance and Optimization:
   
• Support ongoing operations by providing technical input for maintenance and repairs of civil infrastructure.
• Analyze existing civil systems and suggest improvements for optimization, efficiency, and safety.
5. Project Documentation:
   
• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering reports, plans, and construction documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, project schedules, and procurement plans for civil works.
• Maintain project records for compliance with regulatory requirements.Role & responsibilities
