Looking For Process equipment Engineer For OSD Manufacturing Facility

We are looking for Process equipment Engineer for our OSD manufacturing Facility based out of Ahmedabad. below are the required details:

Experience: 12- 15 Years

Education: B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation) from AICTE college and recognized university.

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handling Maintenance activities for Plant Equipment's for OSD, manpower Planning & monitoring overall Site Process equipment Engineering operations exposure to Large Volume block.

2. Proactively identifying areas of breakdowns & take steps to avoid the recurrence as well as maintain root cause analysis reports.

3. Support QMS team for Deviation investigation, Change control and CAPA implementations.

4. Handle all Process Equipment Qualification/Validation and requalification.

5. Overseeing strict adherence to cGMP, and USFDA for handling safety & environment.

6. Conducting the activities related to preparing Material & Energy Balances, Conceptual Layouts overseeing system audit.

7. Charting several safety measures for minimizing occurrence of safety incidents and maintaining conceptual documents through monthly safety meeting

8. Responsible for the breakdowns, Preventive maintenance as per schedule and Necessary technical modifications of Packing & process equipment's.

9. Responsible for Monthly report related to plant efficiency and breakdown analysis.

10. Responsible for Different cGMP audits /Compliance like USFDA.

11. Responsible for CSV as per GAMP 5.

Process Equipment's and System:

1. IGL(Gea Or Glatt) ,

2.Compression (Fette),

3. Continuous Coater( O'Hara),

4. Packing (CVC, Optel, BQS),

5. ASRS.

Candidate Profile:

1. The candidate should be from Pharma Industry only, having exposure to OSD Facility only.

2. The candidate should have handled engineering and maintenance activity for Large Volume block.

3. The Candidate should have Exposure to USFDA regulatory Audits and also have exposure to QMS Documentation.

4. The Candidate should have worked on Digital Initiatives like MES.

5. The candidate should have good communication skills
