Job Description

- Strategic Innovator : Offer strategic guidance during implementation phases, ensuring all tools, processes, and staff are primed for success.
- Thought Leader : Become a trusted advisor within Zycus, influencing how we implement new products and services.
- Relationship Builder : Cultivate relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Critical Thinker : Utilize your critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses in alternative solutions.
- Experience : 16+ years of consulting or professional services experience with a Bachelor s degree in Science or Engineering.
- Industry Knowledge : Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS products, especially in S2P/P2P, CLM, ERP, and CRM applications.
- Background : Candidates from Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or premium Indian business schools (e.g., IIMs, ISB, XLRI) are highly preferred.
- Communication Skills : Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Engagement : Extensive experience engaging with customers, with international exposure being a plus.
- Leadership : Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams.
- Ethics : High standards of ethics and accountability.
